Keep the product's origin, its warehouse record and the parcel destination as separate entries in your plan. Write down the actual stage shown for your order before deciding whom to contact. If the question concerns where a parcel is now, use its shipment identifier rather than the address associated with an earlier product listing.
For a wardrobe plan built around a clothing order, the useful question is not simply whether something is in China. It is whether the particular pieces you need have reached the stage where you can make the next decision. A shirt arriving at the warehouse does not tell you whether the trousers intended to go with it are ready, or whether either piece will work with your existing clothes.
Three stages, three different questions

Use this as a reading checklist, not as a promise that every screen or service uses these exact labels. If two records disagree, keep both references and ask which event each describes. An address from an old post is not a substitute for the instructions attached to your own action.
Check the outfit before combining the parcel
Suppose you are adding a shirt and trousers to shoes you already own. This is an illustrative example, not a real order. The shirt reaches the warehouse first. That gives you an opportunity to examine the available information about the shirt; it does not settle the trouser length or prove the two additions will work together.
Keep one unresolved question per piece. For the shirt, it might be the garment width compared with a shirt you already wear. A size label alone does not resolve both questions.
If a piece no longer fills the wardrobe gap, investigate the options available for that item's actual state before treating it as ready to send. Do not add a replacement merely to make the shortlist feel complete. Changing your private list does not itself change an order.
Decide what must wait and what can continue
The warehouse guide covers keeping arrival records and item-specific deadlines visible. Do not assume that the arrival of your latest item restarts a deadline for an earlier one. Read the conditions and dates attached to each item before deciding to wait for the rest.
You can continue checking measurements and choosing contents while another question is being answered. The ordering guide helps separate those decisions from the later parcel step. Keep the chosen contents clear before comparing the shipping options presented for them; a domestic delivery amount next to an item is not an international delivery quote.
Follow the parcel, not the old product address

Not necessarily. First identify the reference, its destination and whether it belongs to an individual item or the international parcel.
Should I combine every item that has arrived?
Arrival is one condition, not the whole decision. Check unresolved fit or option questions and whether each piece still has a useful place in the outfit you planned.
Can I use another buyer's warehouse address?
Use the current instructions for your own transaction. An address quoted elsewhere may describe a different action and does not establish where your parcel is now.
