Kakobuy QC Photos: Turn a Visible Concern into a Clear Item Decision

Use Kakobuy QC photos to address visible item questions before shipping. Match options, read measurements and keep appearance separate from fit and function.

On this page

QC photos are useful when you know what question the image needs to answer. A general view of a garment may help with its overall appearance, but it may not show the measurement or detail that determines whether you keep it. Review each Kakobuy item against its selected option and intended use before treating the whole parcel as ready to leave.

Start with the scope of the inspection

Kakobuy's purchase page, accessed on September 12, 2026, describes warehouse checks for visible defects, size, colour and related details. That is a limited scope, not a wear trial or specialist assessment. A visible check cannot establish authenticity, function, durability or another property that the page does not show.

The same English page contains broad wording about sealed packaging and non-clothing items. If your question requires opening packaging or examining an inaccessible part, ask what can actually be inspected for that item. Do not assume that every product receives the same treatment or that an unshown detail has been checked merely because images are available.

Match the image to the item you selected

Keep the Item ID and selected option beside the images you are reviewing. Similar garments can have different cuts or size selections. Avoid carrying a conclusion from one item to another because both are part of the same outfit or share a familiar size letter.

Then name the decision you need to make. You may want to understand the placement of a visible detail, read an accessible size label or inspect a dimension. The question should be something an image can address. Whether you will enjoy wearing a fabric through a full day is a different question from what its surface looks like when laid out.

Ask for the view that addresses the concern

If a detail is hidden by a fold, identify the area and ask whether a clearer view is available. If the back matters, a front view is not enough. Keep any request focused so the response can address the uncertainty instead of providing another general image of the same angle.

Do not assume a particular additional-photo service is included or available without reading the current options. Establish any charge and scope before requesting extra work. A useful request explains the location and purpose: the relevant seam, opening, label or dimension, rather than a broad instruction to examine everything more carefully.

Make measurements comparable before judging the number

A measurement image needs understandable start and end points. Compare it with an owned garment measured in the same way, and identify whether the product chart describes body measurements or finished garment dimensions. A size letter cannot resolve a mismatch between those methods.

The T-shirt guide uses an existing top in the same wardrobe role as a reference. The pants and shorts guide adds waistband position and seated movement. Those use questions help you decide which dimension matters, but they do not turn a flat measurement into a complete account of fit in motion.

Keep appearance and later performance separate

Lighting, camera position and folds can affect how a detail appears. If an apparent issue changes your decision, seek a clearer view or explanation rather than treating one ambiguous angle as conclusive. A closer image can answer a visible question without establishing a hidden material property.

Do not read wash durability, waterproofing, protective performance or operating condition from a still photograph. These require information appropriate to the actual property. For a technically demanding item, the gap may remain even after another image. Decide whether that unresolved question is acceptable before including the item in an international shipment.

Close the item question before closing the parcel

Record a separate decision for each item: suitable to proceed, awaiting a specific answer or needing a return discussion. These are your own organisational notes, not names of platform statuses. One satisfactory garment does not settle an issue with the next item in the order.

Do not let a request for more information quietly consume the time available for another decision. Read the item's actual status and applicable conditions promptly. The returns and refunds guide explains why a warehouse return request, cancellation and money credited to an account are different stages.

Once the relevant questions are resolved, use the warehouse guide to decide which items are ready to combine. Keep the images and their associated option notes for your own later comparison. After arrival, assess fit and use separately instead of rewriting an earlier appearance check as a full product test.

FAQ

Do QC photos establish that clothing will fit me?

They can help with visible size information and understandable measurements. They cannot reproduce movement, comfort or your full wearing experience.

Can I assume sealed packaging will be opened?

No. Read the applicable inspection scope and ask about the specific item if an inaccessible detail matters.

Should I approve a whole outfit together?

Review each item separately. A clear answer for one piece does not resolve a missing view or fit question for another.
